About The Learning Triangle
“Every child has the potential for a bright future. I am dedicated to helping you and your child with this journey.”
Hi, I'm Ann Steemers, a neurodevelopmental therapist, a Johansen sound therapy practitioner and the founder of The Learning Triangle. I began my journey in child development with a degree in Neurophysiology and have been working in the field of child neurodevelopment since 2006. I’m dedicated to helping children towards achieving their educational and social best.
I am a member of the Irish Association of Neurodevelopmental Therapists of Ireland and am dedicated to continuous learning in my professional life. This has led me to complete numerous professional development courses and workshops, including Johansen Individualised Auditory Stimulation, Bilateral Integration, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Irlen Syndrome Screening, Lamh (Irish sign language), and various workshops and webinars on Sensory Processing, and the Astronaut program.
I'm passionate about combining the unique Neurodevelopmental programme and Johansen sound therapy with my extensive training in various other therapies. This blend, along with my deep understanding of child development, enables me to get into the heart of your child’s neuro-motor, sensory immaturities, and auditory processing difficulties. Using a combination of therapies designed for the needs of your child, my aim is to transform their challenges into opportunities, paving the way for a bright and promising future for your child.
I would love to help you with your child. Get in touch for more information.
I was sceptical at first of how the therapy could help, but within 2 visits to Ann, I could see the effects on Seamus. I have been delighted to see his confidence grow as a direct result of working with Ann. — Madeline
